I've set a goal to write four linked short stories this year which would be the basis for a KBS sequel. Two down; two to go.

It started with a poorly kept family secret about a death (possibly accidental, possibly murder). Then other stories began sticking to that first one, like clumps of wet, gritty snow pressed together and molded into a snowball. That's what KBS is: an icy snowball thrown at close range.
