Roy McCarthy Watching an Amnesty International film concerning sex trafficking. That was seven years ago. It took that long to do the subject some justice.

I do have a trick for efficient use of time though - a timer (sand-filled, like an egg-timer) and I'm not allowed to do anything but write until its 40 minutes are up.

One piece of advice I've heard which makes sense - 'If your writing is blocked, go back and find where it went wrong and start again from there.'
