I love to read! When I was younger, I would gobble up anything I could get my hands on and as an adult, I became slightly obsessed with anything science fiction, fantasy, supernatural, and paranormal. One day, I got an idea for a story and I thought, "Oh, I'll write a book!" LOL, it really wasn't that easy though (or at least for me it wasn't!), so I went back to school and I've been happily writing ever since!

I currently have two short stories coming down the pike...
"A Girl Named Audrey" will be available in the Downfall: Anthology on February 26, 2019.
"No Good Deed" will be available in The Gothic Grimoire Anthology on March 5, 2019.
My full-length YA Action Adventure Romance, "Eve 2.0: The Ultimate Gaming Experience," is due out late spring 2019.

Keep practicing, and most importantly, keep learning about your craft! Also, read books about writing, and read successful books in your genre - see what they're doing that works and then apply that knowledge to your writing.

The best thing about being a writer is creating worlds that people can get lost in! Life is rarely easy, so reading gives people a temporary outlet to escape - it gives people hope and it makes people smile, and I'm honored to be a part of that!

Writer's block is tough! I find that the best remedy, for me at least, is to step away from the computer. I usually take my fur-baby on a nice, long walk and I try not to think about my story. I know, it sounds counter-intuitive, but that short time away always helps to reignite my creative juices and I'm able to get back to work!

I love combining mythologies, so I thought it would be really cool to write a story that featured Krampus and another very cool yet unlikely companion.
