The idea came from my participation in a pageant for women 50 and older. The pageant emphasized health and wellness in women as we mature. The contestants were required to perform a talent. Being in the midst of that hot and sweaty stage of life...menopause. I performed a comedy skit and titled it, Menopause Ain't No Joke.
