Right now, I am writing a survival guide for solo instructional technologists/designers. While in school, they learn a lot above theory and technical aspects of instructional design, however, they do not know how to best manage the multiple balls you have to keep in the air. After over 23 years being a solo instructional technologist, I have some pointers to share.
