The idea for On His List was from a memory of when I was dubbed the sticky note queen of lists. Also I love twist of fate romance stories. So i combined the two and with my imagination, the story took on a life of its own.

I eat sunflower seeds and drink Mountain Dew! :) I also have a few songs that get me pumped! One of those songs I actually used in my story for my main character Skye, in On His List, when she was working out to Jay Rock's song, Win.

Never give up on your dreams. You can do it, take it step by step. Take all the feedback with humility, it will make you a better writer. Keep people close that understand your goals. They don't necessary have to understand what it is that you write, but they understand you and support your vision. Stay positive. Celebrate each success along the way no mater the size, big or small.

I've always had an overactive imagination and find ideas all around me in my everyday life. Sometimes it's a review, a loved one, friends, so much in life inspires me. Ideas will keep swirling until I write them down.
