I don't get inspired. I think I'm always inspired it's just a matter of having the time if an idea is actually there and how to execute both with you have them. I'm a simple creature, I'm happiest in front of the laptop before the phone starts ringing.

That's an ongoing issue, it ranges from distraction by going on social media for a laugh. Writing a stream of consciousness until something clicks. Then sometimes you just need to shut the computer down and go outside and engage with other humans.

Easy, I get to do it in my PJ's.

Like Nike said, Just Do It! I let one off-handed comment put me off writing for a decade. I often said that one comment, 'killed my muse' but I did it to myself. My advice, don't stop writing, ever, period!

Too much.
One is sci-fi, erotic romance (way outside of my comfort zone) but it was a crazy dream I had so I woke up and wrote it out.
The other is a power struggle romance, still trying to work the kinks out of that one, pun intended.
The other two are just normal romances but I'm having problems making the story track with one and the other, I don't really like my heroine.
I have a lot of work to do.

My story ideas either come from dreams or what I call my Muse. It's weird, it's like I'll hear a soft voice whisper the idea in my ear at the strangest times. Like cooking, driving or washing dishes.
Then there are other times when I just sit in front of the laptop like it's my enemy and stare at it. I'll just type, a stream of consciousness until a kernel peeks out and that turns into an idea for a story but that's pretty rare.
