Dreena Collins There is an enormous sense of satisfaction- accomplishment when you complete a piece of work!
Dreena Collins If you are waiting for the right time - it’s now! I wanted to take my writing further for years but was crippled with doubt and let life get in the way. But there is never a perfect time - and you won’t get anywhere until you fully commit. Personally, I started by writing short stories as I love the form - and they are achievable. There’s a sense of accomplishment when you complete. Good luck.
Dreena Collins My book is a collection of short stories. The title story, The Blue Hour, was inspired by the concept of the hour between night and morning - where the sky and light takes on a blue hue. I heard the phrase ‘blue hour’ on a TV drama and it tickled me. I then pondered on how this could be a metaphor for someone’s state of mind. I hope you enjoy the book! :-)
