I don't suffer from that very often as I usually have my scenes blocked out in my head way ahead of time. There is one thing I'd suggest not to do. If you run into a spell of writer's block, try not to write a later section that's easier, and then come back to where you were blocked. That can lead to major problems getting the story to flow smoothly
