A.R. Summers I have multiple projects in different stages right now.

I just approved the audio version of Once upon a Shoe, so it's waiting for review by Audible, and hopefully the audio book will be live within a week or two.

Once upon a Silent Song, is now up for preorder. It's already undergone editing and now I'm in the process of picking a proofreader.

My version of Beauty and the Beast has a working title of Once upon a Rose (I haven't decided if that will be the final title or not yet). This book is nearly ready for critique readers who serve as the first sets of eyes other than my own.

I'm also in the drafting stages of a couple other books, but I'm having trouble making up my mind on which one I want to focus on.
A.R. Summers The idea for Once upon a Shoe started with Ella's stepmother, Iris. I knew in the story I wanted to tell that there had to be a reason for Ella's servitude that didn't involve a wicked stepmother. Instead, I wanted to go the opposite direction with it. My first draft had a lot more scenes from Iris' point of view. But most of those were cut because I realized early on that Iris would need her own story. Eventually, I'll finish cleaning her scenes up and release her story to the world. All of my other ideas for the book came after I let myself start to seriously think about writing my version of Cinderella.
