Can you tell us a two-sentence horror story?

Marko Realmonte Collin Brewer's cold body was placed into the wooden coffin and lowered into the ground. He was still very much alive.

Okay. When can I expect to read book 3? Book 2 as great but I need to know what happens.

Marko Realmonte Hi Sharon, book 1 took 4 months ( very fast) book 2 took me nearly seven months...so I’m thinking March or April for book 3. Sorry for the cliffhangers in book 2... they will all be resolved. I write more when it rains— so hopefully we’ll get some bad weather soon!!

If you could travel to any fictional book world, where would you go and what would you do there?

Marko Realmonte Don't we all want to go to the Shire? I was lucky enough to go to New Zealand a few years back...that was close.

What books are on your summer reading list this year?

Marko Realmonte I'm always reading 2 or 3 books. I'm looking forward to Find Me by Andre Aciman. Also reading some non-fiction for research on my next book.

Just visiting to find out how book to is progressing?

Marko Realmonte Sharon, thanks so much for asking. I'm behind where I'd thought I'd be...but have written 30,000 words in the new manuscript for book 2. I also have the entire story/book outlined and more than 150 pages on research notes completed.

I have 3 beta readers who are currently very excited about how it is progressing.

Thanks so much for keeping me motivated. I love these characters and I think this book is better than the first!!!

You've said that Murder at White Oak is the first in a series. Will you be continuing with the characters introduced in this book or will the next book feature new characters?

Marko Realmonte Some of the characters in Murder at White Oak will star in the next book in the series. There will also be some new characters. The second book takes place in London...someone is serial killing musicians in the orchestra.

Marko Realmonte Book 2 in the White Oak Mystery Series. "Murder at Oxford" which finds the boys hunting a serial killer at the worlds most famous University.
