I do a lot of different things! I read a lot, I watch movies and tv, have interesting discussions with my friends and I'm an avid gamer. I feel like the world is full of inspiration, you just need to keep your mind open.

I am currently working on my first novel, which is untitled. It is a follow-up to the short story Dead Horse Bay that is in the Beyond the Shadows Anthology.
It is about two sisters who are desperately trying to save their village but have different ideas on who to do so. One sister wants to work with the enemy who is interested in peace and rebuilding, while the other wants to destroy the enemy and forge their own path.
I honestly can't decide what genre it is yet. Dystopian Fantasy maybe? It has magic, an apocalyptic setting, demons, magical creatures. I'm excited to share it with everyone.

Just get the rough draft done! Once the words are out there, then worry about typos, inconsistencies, editing all of that.

I usually just start writing. It doesn't have to be my current project or anything important. Sometimes it's just rambling nonsense but getting words out there really help. It may even just be a grocery list!

Dead Horse Bay is a prequel short story for an upcoming novel I am currently working on right now. The overall story has been in the works for a long while and I'm excited to finally begin sharing it with others! I'll share more about the inspiration behind it all when I'm closer to releasing my novel because... Spoilers!
