Hi Ryan, I really enjoyed your Starred Tower book and was wondering when or if a sequel would be coming out? I hope there is one!

There is definitely going to be a sequel to Starred Tower. I'm extremely excited to get to writing it. Right now my schedule has me writing Book 2 of Ether Flows next. It's about 88% done. Then I plan to write Ether Collapse Book 4 and 5. Then I will return to the System Misinterpret universe! So right now my hope is to be writing book two sometime next year :)

Ryan DeBruyn It would definitely be a variation on how humans speak. Like not the same vocal cords etc. Perhaps I will add it to the fourth book to have some fun. Mostly cause you are right, but maybe she has to learn that skill since it is so foreign, etc. It would be like trying to learn how to use four arms having had two your whole life. :). That being said she picked up flying right away :)

I just started listening to Equalize, and since it's a LitRPG, I picked up the book through KU so that I could read all the stats and stuff for myself, since there often abbreviated in audiobooks (a disappointing, but understandable decision). However, the KU version is SIGNIFICANTLY different from the audio version, and FULL of errors!!! What gives?!? Can you please fix the KU version?!
Ryan DeBruyn Hmm it should be fixed and the same. I am curious if this still is the case. Sorry for the late response I am not on Goodreads as much as I should be :P

ETA on Book 2 Audio, I am guessing Jan 2020?
Ryan DeBruyn I am not 100% sure myself. From a quick discussion Luke is available pretty quickly at current which is good. But even if he starts in November I would say December at the earliest :)

Will you next book be the Ether Collapse Sequel or will you be starting a new series?
Ryan DeBruyn Sequel. Book 2 is next. Then Book 3. Before I start a new series at least.

The next book is in the editing process so should be done by the end of this month or next month. Meaning I am hoping October at the very latest :).
