Gracie MacKay and her Toothfairie was inspired by Farrin Savage. We stayed with her and her family in Kenya this year. Little Farrin was too excited to brush her teeth with having visitors to stay, this story was inspired in part by Farrin and also by my other Kenyan friend Rose. I stayed with Rose and left some money under her pillow which I didn't expect her to find until I left. However she did find it and I told her 'the toothfairie' left it for you...she had never heard of the toothfairie!
