Michael Rogers It hasn't been really an issue for me. I've never felt like I can't write something.
Michael Rogers You almost feel obliged to observe human behavior, and the experience is always fascinating.
Michael Rogers Read the classics so you understand what makes for a good story.
Michael Rogers There is a soon-to-be-released paperback version, and I am working on a film adaptation.

I am also seeking to write a story that is not necessarily sequel, but it would involve the same characters in another mysterious setting.
Michael Rogers The story had been swirling through my thoughts for years before I actually wrote anything, One morning while I was writing a weekly blog for my rental company I just wrote the preface. From that point on I wrote almost every day for four months and finished the first draft. It was almost five hundred pages.
Michael Rogers My experiences as an Officer in charge of a crew that filmed the Vietnam war during the years of 1967 thru 1969 was the basis for the protagonist Danny Summers. After the war I traveled in Southeast Asia extensively and became enamored with the cultures that I encountered. Much of the story and characters are from my own recollections along the way during those travels. I've always believed that we create our experiences on a daily basis and I'd like to think these characters created themselves in my mind.
