How do you get inspired to write?
Doug Sahlin I've been an avid reader since I was a kid. After a trip to Europe in '91, I decided I want to include the places I visited in a murder mystery.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Doug Sahlin My girlfriend was taking a trip to Europe with her family. I asked her if she needed anything for the trip. She said, "A pocketful or Euros."
