I usually get the idea for a place or a character before I get any plot. With the one coming out tomorrow (3/15/19 eeek!), I first got hit with Lexi, a journalist moving to a new city with a new job, and then Austin, the man that would sweep her off her feet. I actually got this idea a while ago, and wrote the first chapter almost three years ago! Then I worked on some other stuff, got pregnant with twins, had the twins, and wrote it right before the twins turned one.

At the moment, I'm editing a novella that will be coming out in June of this year. After that is done, I'll start working on a novella that is coming out in September! (Don't worry, I already wrote the one coming out in July. You won't have to go too long without a new book from me!)

Telling stories! And naming characters. I love names, but I don't think have 15 children is the answer. Now I get to name fictional people.
