The idea for Dancing on the Edge of Moonlight came from a candid picture of a famous musician that was known to always be perfectly presentable. It was such a sharp contrast to his public persona that I thought he was like two different people. And so the story began.
What if he did have two different personas and how would someone else deal with that??? Could you fall in love with someone like that??? And what would that mean for you if you did???

I've always had a wild imagination. My inspiration to write a story comes from anything. It could be something in the news, a photo, a cloud formation or a string caught on a blade of grass at a park.

In my mind, I'm working on several new stories.
In reality, I'm working on marketing my first novel: Dancing on the Edge of Moonlight. This self-publishing business is not for the weak of heart. I literally work every room and situation I find myself in. I feel like everybody needs to read my book and I'm not shy about having a conversation about it and passing out my bookmarkers.

I think the best thing about being a writer is being able to create a story from something that just sparked an idea. And the idea just keeps growing and growing until it turns into a book.

I've found my best solution to writer's block is to sleep on it. My mind just keeps rolling it around in my dreams and when I wake up I have another storyline or character development or plot or theme.
