Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Dane Griggs Janet from Book 6. I really liked her character from book 2 and wanted to write something for her.

How do you get inspired to write?
Dane Griggs I don't. Not really. I sit in front of my monitor and I don't let myself get distracted, so no phone or Facebook or Instagram. I just try to hit a certain number of words written each day. It keeps me in the groove.

Dane Griggs Book 7 of the Saving Ceraste Series.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Dane Griggs Done is better than perfect. Don't try to make a perfect novel. Write a book, put it out there, learn from the experience and feedback you receive. If you try to make it perfect, you'll never get it done.
