I'm writing an urban/fantasy romance novel. In this universe, some people are born with magical sensitivity, and there's a school them (Hogwarts, basically), but only very wealthy and privileged people get to go. The other sensitives kind of make do with astrology/tarot/herbology/whatever works, but it's super-dangerous and they often accidentally kill themselves or blow up city blocks. My book will be a relationship between someone who got to go to school, and someone who didn't.
