I walk away for a day and get back to it. I write through an outline, so my 'writer's block' is usually not an actual block, but actually exhaustion, avoidance, a good game being on TV, or the smell of pizza in the house!

This is easy. Impacting lives for the better. The email messages, the phone calls and the conversations I have had with people who have read 'The Arsonist in the Office' or heard me speak about the book make all the time I spent compiling the book so worthwhile. When you can impact a complete stranger's life simply by sharing your experiences and your passion, you just can't beat it.
