M. Reali-Elliott Write something else that day - a blog post, a portion of a different book, a piece I've been hired for - anything that means I am still writing. When all else fails, do something different that is still creative, such as drawing, sewing, wood burning. Or pick up a book and start reading. I'll feel inspired again soon enough!

M. Reali-Elliott I feel at peace behind my keyboard, with the excitement of the messages I get to share just bursting from my fingers. I laugh as I watch my fingers tap rapidly, so fast that they can almost keep up with my thoughts. I get so excited knowing how blessed I have been that I almost want to get back up and write some more.
M. Reali-Elliott I am also working on a non-fiction book about Diversity, examining that our view of it is entirely backwards. We look too much to homogenize everyone, instead of respecting their individuality.

I am also working on a new take of an old Irish myth. The genre will be another creative-nonfiction that is enhanced with some of the most personal and painful scenes from my own life.
