An error occurred while sorting questions for author T.J. Clark.
T.J. Clark I never quite get what people mean by this. If I'm not motivated to write a particular scene, I'll jump to a part of the story that calls to me then go back to where I'd left off. If I'm stumped about a specific plot point, the best thing for me is to talk about it with someone. Free writing two of my characters discussing the situation or drawing/sketching a picture of it also helps.

If I'm short on ideas - time to get out and play, attend a lecture, go on a hike, free write "what-if" scenarios . . .
