Taralynn Moore The KING series was inspired by the desire to present a love triangle premise, unblemished by jealousy. There's a beauty in healthy longing, but a level of possessiveness that occurs too often in relationships, especially in younger ages. I also wanted to show the strength and importance of relationships outside of romance. And how those relationships mold, shape, and prepare our hearts for love. All types of love.

The story of King David of Israel and Jon, the son of King Saul, was my starting point for two men who were able to bond so strongly they could put the needs of their people above their own desire for power. Above their natural instincts of jealousy and competition. In my version of KING, instead of a throne, the two volley for the heart of Bria King and control of her grandfather's company.
Taralynn Moore I've written since childhood, but realized several years ago that I'd been missing that creative outlet in my adult life. After the passing of a friend, I was motivated by promises to her to continue writing and publishing my words.
Taralynn Moore King Abdication, book 2 of the KING series. In this book Bria discovers her strength and purpose, in and out of love. Due out late fall of 2019.

Beneath the Lights, a Christmas novella. Childhood sweetheart's, Marc and Jill, rediscover themselves and the joy of the holidays they've always managed to return to together.
Taralynn Moore Write until you find your voice. Listen to all the advice, learn from it, then do what you think is best. There are guidelines for a reason, and much wisdom to continue to discover, but never forget your gut and your vision for your dream.
Taralynn Moore The ability to disappear into another world. To mold, shape, breathe life into something, someone, then let them go. I love to see how characters translate through the reader's eyes into something even more than I could've imagined.
Taralynn Moore Music is where I always turn for inspiration. I plot with playlists and use songs to infuse different moods into scenes. The best fix for my writer's block is usually to find new music, new artists, and amazing lyrics.
