I've always loved good stories. In 1st grade, we were told to write a story. My favorite movie that week was The Ewok Movie (not necessarily a good story), so I drew a picture and summarized the story in 6 year old language. My teacher didn't like that I used somebody else's story, so I had my first lesson in plagiarism, and I had to come up with something of my own.
The bug really caught in high school, though, writing out stories and brainstorming movie ideas with friends.
