Hi Vicky, I would say it's fairly light-hearted, but it's also fact-based fiction. As long as you don't mind some bad language (there's a fair bit of that in there), I think you'd enjoy it. The chapters are all quite short and told in diary form, covering a year in the work-life of the main character.
