One that for sure is on my list is Summer of '79 which is a follow up to Summer of 69 which I completely loved.
Outside of that, probably whatever I end up picking up at the library. If I end up making a real list I'll come back to this question and update my answer. :)

Umm, I'm going to be totally obvious here and say Harry Potter's world. I really want to go be a student at Hogwarts, have a pet owl, and learn witchcraft and wizardry. How cool would that be?!

I've heard a lot of people say that the trick here is to just sit down and write, and however tried and true that is, I actually think taking a step away to think is super helpful. Taking a long walk alone, or even in the shower I find a lot of inspiration in my own thoughts. Even having a conversation about what I'm working on with a friend helps spark those juices again.
Yes, write, always, but also take a step back to think.

Oh man, finding a quiet space to enjoy while getting immersed in your words. That flow, you know.
Also, coffee might be the best thing about writing. LOL
Seriously though, you can write anywhere in the world. My favorite thing is picking the location: coffee shop, beach, backyard... etc, and sitting down to enjoy the process.

I would say, no matter what you have to write about it, just do it. You would be surprised at how impactful your words can be in this world whether it's fiction or nonfiction. Don't worry about making it perfect, that's what editors are for, and go for it!
My other piece of advice would be to use your personal experiences to add life to your characters, again both in fiction or non fiction. Your experiences matter, and it will make your book shine!

Right now I'm working a new book for teenagers, although you wouldn't know by the title: #NotForTeens. There's a story there, that will be in the book. I'm pretty excited about this one, and it will include an action plan to help them navigate some harder situations in life.
I'm also learning more about illustration so that I can release my own illustrated children's book in 2021.

I write almost everywhere I go, at this point it's almost second nature, but if I'm stuck I usually pick some quiet instrumental music, or ocean sounds, and see where the mood takes me.

My first book, Raised by Narcotics, is my memoir. I started writing it as journal entries, and after a while felt compelled to share my story so that others might have something to relate to.
