I once got a piece of advice that 'you should write about something that you know'. Obviously I had back then written about something I didn't know... So, I decided that if I create a fantasy world by myself nobody can complain to me that the facts are all wrong. Well, of course it isn't that easy when you actually do it.
The idea... - all kinds of ideas for stories just appear to my head. Some of them visit my head only briefly, but some are more persistent and those I write down. Sometimes that single idea leads to something more - and THAT may turn out to a story. When the idea regarding 'The Hidden Heritage' -trilogy formed I almost immediately had a vision about the turning points of the series, the beginning and the end of each book. The only thing that was left was to fill what happened in between.
