This book is based on my personal work. The result of that work was appreciated by a large of people, and won us laurels. When I presented the story to others, the feedback was overwhelming. That made up my mind to write this book.

My inspiration comes from the feedback from those who interact with me. My first book was a result of several people asking me to capture my experience in the form of a book, when they heard me speak about the work done earlier.

Currently I am completely immersed in how my book is being accepted. However, this is also giving me several ideas about my next book, which is about 25-30 percent complete. The second book will have examples from several other organizations with which I have worked as a Management Consultant.

I did not realize earlier how exactly would I feel after having written a book. In the last few days since my book was published, I have been completely engrossed in interacting with my readers and potential readers. The biggest satisfaction is that of being able to document my key works for the benefit of future leaders.
