I watched one of your interviews on YouTube : "Why This Atheist Scientist Became a Believing Christian", and I am inspired. I am currently a master's student and I feel that Academia is an invasive place, Christian views are not often accepted here. I am wondering how coming out with your faith affected your credibility as a scholar ?

Sy Garte Shanelle, that is a great question. You are correct that the academic environment can be hostile towards Christianity. I must admit that I rarely discussed my new faith with colleagues, and some were shocked when I did express my religious views. As a scientist I was also careful to separate my scientific work from my biblical worldview, and this is what led me to write books about how science and faith can be reconciled and viewed as harmonious.
