J.M. Tompkins The ideas for the Habitual Humanity series came from a variety of places. For one, part of it originated within my mind as I asked "what if" regarding various topics, including whether or not we could speed up the cloning process and how that might be possible. But also my ideas come from articles regarding science news. As I read about what scientists are discovering today, I incorporate my interpretation of how those findings could potentially manifest in the future and include it within my work.

J.M. Tompkins To deal with writer's block, I just keep writing. Even if what comes out of me at the time isn't something that will up being used in a book, a writer must write.
