Ashmi Sheth Therapy. Writing is no doubt, therapeutic. It provides you with a means of catharsis and hope. The best thing about being a writer is probably the freedom to create your own world, heal yourself, and inspire others.
Ashmi Sheth Write. Write. Write. Whether you wish to publish your work or not, write. Keep a note in your smartphone specifically for the ideas that are triggered during the day amidst your daily tasks, and as soon as on idea sparks, note it down on your smartphone. Your smartphone is most often always with you, and easy to refer back to. Do not trust your memory. Creativity sparks are rare. Preserve them and make a masterpiece out of one.
Ashmi Sheth Inspiration is everywhere; it is just a matter of one's perception. However, nature and the uncertainty of life are the two areas that stimulate emotions and thoughts in me and inspire me to express them through my poetry.
