My most recent book, A Year To Change Your Mind, is about ideas from therapy that I've found useful both for the people I've seen and for myself. I was inspired to write it because I want to share the ideas as widely as possible. Not everyone wants or can go to therapy, but the ideas can be helpful for anyone.
