Great question.. My wife actually told me after i wrote my first book, Apartment Syndication Made Easy, that I needed to write a second book that would appeal to a larger audience. I've my life on the premise of being positive and I truly know this has helped me live a profitably life in areas more than just financially. So that is how it came about. :)
