If it's a part/scene/few moments in the book that I can't figure out, I skip it. I write what would come later, and that usually gives me a natural place for the part that I was stuck on to go. If I can't think of anything to write at all, I take a break for as long as I need. Usually when I'm not thinking about what to write at all is when I think of things to write.
