Hi Dina! Happy New Year! Thanks so much for your question and I'm glad you enjoyed reading "This Side of Tomorrow." I'm currently working on another YA romance novel and a contemporary romance set at a wedding (not YA). I hope to finish them and get them into print soon!

Thanks for your question, Lillian! Yes, I am currently writing another YA romance about a girl who has empathic abilities. And although This Side of Tomorrow is a stand-alone story, I'm considering writing more books set in Bluport, Maine with ghosts as characters again if readers would like more stories in that setting.

I think the best thing about being a writer is escaping reality by losing yourself in a world you've created, and sharing that world with others who also want to escape reality for a while. And hearing that someone enjoyed my story is the best feeling in the world.

Find a group of writers to interact with and learn from. I joined an online critique group and met some wonderful writers who helped me learn the craft. Reading lots of books in your genre will also help you understand how to write that type of story.

I get inspired to write by reading more than anything else. Sometimes watching a movie or just experiencing something in life will also inspire me to write, but reading a great story usually inspires me to try to write one of my own.
