This may be a bit conceited sounding, but I think I would want to go to the world of the book I am writing now, Cloud Dancer. In this world of sky islands, magic is there for everyone. The world is huge and vast and I think I would want to explore it and the many histories of the different regions as a Tinkerer.

A better question is, how don't I get inspired to write? Inspiration is everywhere and in everything. There is even inspiration in sadness and depression. Saying that you lake inspiration is the same as saying that you lack life. You may not be getting the inspiration for what you are currently working on, but that doesn't mean that you are lacking inspiration.

Write. I know that that sounds trite, but, honestly, that is where it all starts. I have reams of folders and hundreds of megabytes of stories and writings that will never see the light of day let alone be published, but all of that is there supporting me now. So, write.

I get a cup of coffee. Sometimes I take a shower. Do a little journaling. If nothing else works, sometimes I just write until something gives. I can edit out bad writing or plot but I can't edit what I haven't written.
