Vadym Graifer When it's a book about food, the answer is kind of obvious :)

Vadym Graifer In a way, such block improves the final result. You see, I use it as an indication that I am doing something wrong, and the change is needed. The only time I have writer's block is when I am bored to write a certain piece, and if it's boring to write, it won't be any less boring to read. So, it's a signal for me to change a topic or a way I write about it. Change an angle, pick a different tone, throw in an amusing analogy - make it fun to write, and it will be fun to read.

Losing 75 pounds and beating this thing seemed to me like something worth sharing. I wanted to write a practical hands-on book, walking a reader through the journey step by step and showing how I overcame the challenges.
