No need for closed door or fade to black because nothing is happening. No sexual thoughts or innuendos. There is violence, especially in the Viking and labyrinth ones, but no gore. There are usually elements of magic, but I never have a lot of magic in the worlds. Readers who want no magic and nothing other than simple pecks would not be a good fit for my books.
