I love writing, but my biggest obstacle was to allow myself to write. That’s because coming from a business environment where every minute was dedicated to achieving carefully planned, predictable objectives, it seemed incredibly irresponsible to spend so much time and effort on something with such uncertain outcomes as writing fiction... My solution: don’t wait for permission, just write ;-)
