I'm currently writing a series called Decaying Worlds. It's about a human who was turned fae, through no fault of her own. She faces trials in love and war. The world she is thrown in to is in turmoil; fae are fighting amongst fae. The ruling class are doing their best to stop the 'fallen' fae from attacking humans, but they are failing miserably. It's a fight to the death, literally.

I love creating worlds and characters, for others to experience. It not only shares a piece of me, but it's kind of like playing 'god'. You get to make the world how you want it and that's something I think, to some extent, that's something everyone wants to do.

I've found that unless I have EVERYTHING off my 'to-do' plate, I cannot write. Also, if I have something that is bothering me about a previous chapter, I cannot move on until I have fixed it. Once all of that has been completed, the words flow easier.
