Don't force it. If you are not inspired or in the mood you can't write. When you are ready, it will just flow and it will be easy. Some people like to sit on their writing for a while before releasing it but I find my nerves get the better of me if I do that and I like to get it out there no regrets!

Things just come to me at the weirdest times. I could be watching TV and hear someone say something through to a light bulb going off when I am talking to someone. I usually run with it, grab my laptop and just start writing! The worst is when it is in the middle of the night. I have a notepad and pen by my bed so I don't forget as that is often when I have the best ideas.
