For my most recent book, I most got the idea from my years of study mythology. I wanted to make a story where I can connect all mythologies and write about in a unique way.

I would if you have an idea for story, always brainstorm. Write down ideas you want to have for story. Outline your story from the beginning to where you want it to go.

Being able to connect with the readers. Talking to them about many different aspects is always the most fun.

I usually, go back and look at previous to get some ideas on what to write next. I also look at the characters themselves and look at what defines them.
