I do a few things. First, I jump around in a piece if one scene has me stuck. Second, I'll compile an inspirational soundtrack to whatever I'm working on. Third, I'll go write something else. Fourth, I'll make art (usually unrelated to whatever I'm working on). Fifth, mow the lawn, clean house, do laundry... the white space of not doing anything creative is a great time for creative eureka.
