My writer is very bratty. She wants to write when inspiration comes in. Therefore; discipline has not really worked for me in this space. The inspiration is so strong that I just catch it when it comes in, and that keeps me going.

I created the material in Original Wisdom: Harness the Power of the Authentic You as a transformational workshop. I kept gathering stories to support the teaching points I was making and I just kept writing and writing. Leaving my very stable corporate career and finding my way as a transformational coach was a Spiritual journey for sure. One that left behind my "old ways" of dealing with life and finding a new "way of being" in the world. It's so amazing and fulfilling, it deserved to be shared. Original Wisdom is a teaching memoir and follows the path of my own transformation.
