I've been traveling now for around two and a half years and no matter where I go, I see unhappiness around me. Especially among the younger generation who seemed the be on their phone the whole time. I also worked with teenagers who were unhappy and always looking for distraction on their phones.

My book is also about reconnecting again with nature. And that's what I do when the writing isn't going as well. I go for a walk, enjoy the views or appreciate the beauty that's around me. I often look up from my laptop and let the plants and flowers bring me back to the present moment. That's the best you can do whenever you feel overwhelmed or feel blocked.
