After experiencing workplace sexual harassment and retaliation at my former employer, I looked for books that had insight. There were plenty of unrelatable memoirs and convoluted legal reference manuals, but neither were relevant. Sexual harassment isn't a legal issue. It's behavioral. When I couldn't find anything to address this issue that had impacted my life and that of those in my life, I decided to write the book I needed and that every professional needs.
