I have always loved a time travel story, from Doctor Who to Quantum Leap, to Time Traveler's Wife . . . This, together with my curiosity about the magical properties of stones, got me started. I wanted to create a story where Charlotte chose to try to go back in time. Of course, the story is about what happens while she"s there.
