My inspiration really came as a kid. I loved reading as a child and having those moments to be taken to places unimaginable. I knew that I wanted to create that feeling for folks one day. In high school, I had a teacher who really invested in me and my writing and the rest is as they say history.

I like to say the story is fictional but taken from real-life situations. The idea was based on some situations that I found myself in back in the day. Now I leave it to you to read the book and tell me what you think was real situation.

I like to go on a trip or a long drive while listening to music. It helps me get out of my head and focus on my surroundings.
