when you are starting out it is hard to know where to start. I just say start... anywhere...get a notebook and jot down all ideas, quotes, information, and so on to do with what you would like to write.

I pray a lot and ask for guidance from God and for Him to show me what He wants me to write about. Sometimes I turn on music and just sit meditating on what I hear.

I had been studying the Bible and the mind a lot and have dealt with negative thinking a lot. Breaking free from the negative mindset is what made me want to write this book and share what I had discovered with everyone else.
